QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
A minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget) and Pardot
In-depth technical backend knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot
Desire to quickly advance your career and skill sets
Strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud application in campaign development and management
Experience with Journey Builder and Email Studio
Experience building integrations with other systems for seamless data flow
Includes knowledge of Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, and Data Integrations
Serve as a key technical and support resource for existing campaigns
Understanding of CSS, HTML, and AMP Scripting

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years of campaign management experience using cloud technology (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot)
Minimum of 2 years designing marketing solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
Experience with Wave Analytics or Lightning
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for building and developing a clear CRM campaign; in alignment with company user acquisition, retention, and revenue goals
Assist with creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities on the greenRush marketplace
Implement effective marketing campaigns and communications across all platforms (email, notifications, chatbots, SMS), increasing engagement and loyalty with new & existing users
Focus heavily on testing and optimizing communication lifecycles; promotional, transactional and triggered
Maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of current eCommerce strategies, trends, and techniques in customer acquisition
Make data-driven decisions to optimize and execute email and push marketing strategies
Ensure efficiency and ROI by establishing, vision, goals, KPI’s and roadmap for maxing customer repeat purchase rates

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$80k – $120k+ Performance-Based Compensation
Uncapped commission
